We are known for being a 'one-stop shop' for personalized design services including Conceptual Designs, Construction Drawings, Permits, Products and Materials Design Specifications, and Construction management.
Our Process
Design Meetings and Strategy
Identifying ideal design changes and conducting multiple design workshops with full conceptual drawings, including 3D views of your new space.
Permit drawings
Producing complete permit drawings as stipulated by your city, including building plans, elevations, details, and electrical drawings. We take care of the permit submittal process and coordinate fully with your local planning and building departments.
Contractor Coordination
Working with excellent local contractors for the bid and hiring process, developing precise scheduling and construction plans, performing consistent project administration during your construction process.
Full Construction drawings
Producing all design and construction drawings for your project. We coordinate with an excellent group of engineers for structural drawings if needed.
Specifications and Finishes
Selecting interior and exterior products and final touches.
The software we use is fully integrated with the construction and subcontracting trades. We do 3D renderings for almost every project as well.
